How to Order
Ordering takes five steps. Payment is confirmed by a person, not automatically, so the one thing we need from you after paying is your transaction ID.
1. Find what you need
Browse the shop, or search by product name or code. If you have a code from a previous order — something like M1P5S03 — type it into the search box and it will take you straight to the product. The full list is on the product codes page.
2. Choose a strength and a warehouse
On the product page, pick the strength you want and choose whether the item ships from our US or Canada warehouse. Every product is available from both.
Shipping is worked out per warehouse: free over $300 from that warehouse, otherwise $25. If you order from both, each parcel is charged on its own subtotal, so your cart will show two shipping lines.
3. Check your cart
Your cart groups items by warehouse and shows each shipping charge separately, plus the 1.5% service fee. Orders start at $100. A first order over $300 gets 3% off automatically — you will see it as a discount line.
4. Pay
Choose Cryptocurrency and select your network. After placing the order you will see the wallet address, with a copy button, and the same details arrive by email.
Send only the currency shown, on the network shown. A transfer of the wrong token, or of the right token on the wrong network, is permanently lost and cannot be refunded. Not sure how to send it? See buying and sending crypto.
If crypto does not work for you, choose Alternative payment and tell us what you would like to arrange. Nothing is charged until we have agreed it with you.
5. Send us your transaction ID
This is the step people miss. Your order sits on hold until we have matched your payment on-chain, so after sending, reply to your order email with the TXID and your order number. We confirm it and move your order to processing.
You will get a tracking number by email when the warehouse dispatches your parcel.
A note on who we are
We only ever contact you from our published email address, and we will never ask you to complete a purchase through a messaging app. Anyone approaching you on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or similar claiming to be us is not us.
