Paying for an order

If you have sent a payment, reply to your order email with the transaction ID and your order number. That is what releases the order.

Something went wrong

Damaged or missing parcels are covered by replacement. Send us your order number and, for damage, a photo of the vials as they arrived.

What we cannot help with

We supply research materials and their test data. We cannot advise on dosing, preparation or whether something is suitable for any purpose or person. Please speak to a qualified healthcare professional instead.

Impersonation

We only contact customers from the address above. Anyone approaching you on Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or another platform claiming to be us is not us — please do not send them anything.
