Cryptocurrency
What we accept
- USDC on the Ethereum network (ERC-20)
- USDT on the Ethereum network (ERC-20)
- Bitcoin (BTC)
- USDT on the Tron network (TRC-20)
The one thing that matters
The network must match. USDT exists on several networks, and they are not interchangeable. USDT sent on Tron to an Ethereum address — or the reverse — is permanently lost. Neither we nor the network can reverse it, and we cannot credit your order for it.
When you place an order we show you one address and one network, and we repeat the network on the payment screen, in your email and directly beside the address. If you are ever unsure, email us before sending anything.
If you have never sent crypto before
- Open an account with any reputable exchange that operates in your country and allows withdrawals to an external wallet. You will need to verify your identity with them; that is their requirement, not ours.
- Buy the currency you intend to send — for most people USDT or USDC is simpler than Bitcoin, because the amount does not move while you are paying.
- Choose “withdraw” or “send”, not “trade”. Paste the address from your order. Never type it by hand.
- Select the network we showed you. Your exchange will ask. This is the step that goes wrong.
- Send the exact amount shown on your order. The amount is fixed when you order, so market movement between placing and paying does not change what you owe. Note that your exchange may charge its own withdrawal fee on top.
- Copy the transaction ID your exchange gives you and reply to your order email with it.
Why we ask for the transaction ID
We do not use an automatic payment processor. A person checks each payment against the blockchain and then releases the order. The TXID is how we find your payment — without it, an order can sit on hold even though you have paid.
